What is Nurofen?
Nurofen is an anti-inflammation medicine (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug or NSAID).
What does Nurofen do?
Nurofen tablets help to reduce inflammation and provide relief from pain for up to 8 hours based on a 2 tablet dose. Nurofen Tablets provide relief from pain such as headache, tension headache, migraine headache, back pain, dental pain, period pain, muscular pain, cold and flu symptoms, arthritic pain, and sinus pain. It also helps in reducing fever.
How much to take Nurofen?
The usual dose of NUROFEN PLUS is 2 tablets then, if necessary 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. Do not take more than six tablets in 24 hours.
How Nurofen works?
Ibuprofen controls pain by blocking messages to the brain that tell us we have pain. It also reduces swelling (inflammation) that presses on nerves.
What is to be taken care of while consuming Nurofen?
Perform blood tests before starting treatment and during the treatment. Check general health and check levels of blood cells and other substances in the blood while consuming Nurofen.
