How to consume Neurontin?
If Neurontin tablet is broken and only half of it is consumed, take the other half at the next dose. Any tablet that has been broken should be used as soon as possible or within a few days.
What should be avoided while taking Neurontin?
Avoid taking an antacid within 2 hours before or after taking Neurontin. Antacids can make it harder for the body to absorb gabapentin.
What other drugs shall affect Neurontin?
Taking Neurontin with other drugs that makes the consumer sleepy can worsen this effect. Ask the doctor before taking a sleeping pill, narcotic medication, muscle relaxer, or medicine for anxiety, depression, or seizures.
